All registered racers will receive an email with specifics on parking, itinerary, awards, and  BLM/DOI concerns.

Saturday, December 14, 2024: 

7:30 am: Check in at the Late-Night Parking lot, then please park at the Cottonwood Valley Road lot.

8:45 am: Racer meeting at the Cottonwood Valley Rd parking lot.

​

​9:00 am: Start your transfer to the start of stage 1 from the Cottonwood Valley Rd parking lot.

This is a 4-mile climb gaining over 1,000 feet of vertical on a loose double-track dirt road. This climb can take anywhere from 35 minutes to 1 1/4 hours.

​

10:00 am: Race starts with pros, followed by Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, and Juniors, and is a Show n Go format for stages 2 and 3.

​

10:30 - 11:00 am: The last racer will begin stage 1 around this time.

​

1:00 - 2:00 pm: Awards ceremony at the Bike Outpost (formerly McGhie's) in Blue Diamond..

​
